Snowflakes

I think it’s time to ask Champy to be my partner in this literary adventure. After all he can complement how I see life, because he can see, hear, and run, and even sometimes disobeying mommy!.

Today we want to tell an extraordinary event, which very few can see and less share... we saw snowflakes!.

When we went  out to complete our mission that morning , the ground was cold because all  the snow and my paws sank more than usual compared with previous days... that's because the snow covered more than our sporadic snowfall had done up until then.

Bubu has never said it, but snow shines when light rubs it, and when it's windy, this drag snow and it looks like flying. In addition it covers trees whimsical and squirrels produced artificial snow storms when they run among the trees.

It is true that we have seen snow before, but this morning for some reason mom could see snowflakes on his jacket.

I think that the idea emerged a few days earlier.

After dinner, mom and I sat down to read and she found an article of a scientist explaining how to photograph snowflakes. Mom shared the article with dad, but she told me that perhaps this was a impossible task, despite the power of her lens.

That morning, the snow fell soft on us, despite our entire anti snow equipment, we could feel it over our heads, and Bubu looked so funny cover of snow, but suddenly mom said:  guys, I think I can see the snowflakes, let’s run home to get the camera.

We hurried our mission and ran home. When mom came in the house, the snowflakes disappeared from her jacket, I rushed to run up and mom took Bubu, dried our feet and removed us coats. She took her camera and went out for a while.

When she returned, she gave us breakfast. I asked Champy If mom had got the pics, but apparently she was busy with our morning routine, but as soon as we finished breakfast, she sat at her desk and began to work.

She carefully took the memory of the camera; I noticed her bit eager to see the result of our work. She copied the pictures but I just could see everything in blue. When she saw them on the larger monitor, we could see that nothing is impossible when you propose it.

Even if the photos were not perfect, it is possible to see the snowflakes!.

We all hug each other because all these years we have been her assistants while she is taking photos. We had done a good job and we did it great this time again, because two minutes after mom came back inside after taking the pics, stopped snowing.

We now expect another opportunity to try again. It's like keeping something as valuable as a kiss, because each snowflake is unique and unrepeatable, just as humans or dogs.
